Co-Founder & Principal Architect
Anand specializes in commercial and industrial architecture, bringing an exceptional eye for detail, extensive technical expertise, and a research-driven approach to every project. His role extends beyond architectural design to civil auditing, project management consultancy, and multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
He is regularly invited as a jury member for architectural exhibitions and academic reviews across institutions in the Delhi NCR region. An avid golfer, Anand brings patience, composure under pressure, and a long-term perspective that continues to guide both projects and the firm's growth.

Ar. Chaitali Bansal
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Chaitali is an architect and interior designer whose work is defined by a thoughtful balance of aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency. Her calm, empathetic approach, combined with a refined artistic sensibility, enables her to create spaces that are both elegant and deeply responsive to client needs.
An active member of BNI Gurgaon’s Pratham Chapter, she has served multiple terms as President and Vice President. Through her involvement in professional networks, exhibitions, academic reviews, and career counselling initiatives, she has built lasting relationships that continue to strengthen the firm's growth, culture, and client-centric approach.

Ar. Aanchal Bansal
Architect
Aanchal holds a Master's degree in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from CEPT University, Ahmedabad, India. Her academic journey across globally renowned institutions has shaped a design approach grounded in research, technology, and contextual thinking.
She is particularly interested in public architecture, material innovation, and architectural detailing, and is also continuing her work on research granted by Carnegie Mellon on material studies in airport architecture. Alongside professional practice, she has taught architecture at both CEPT and CMU, bringing contemporary design thinking, academic rigor, and fresh perspectives to the firm's evolving practice.
